App could use some work. When I try to use the external speaker the app crashes every time

You can’t even sign in/up due to the keyboard taking up the screen so when prompted to enter the verification code it simply bugs out.

Worst app of all time
Don’t even download it. You can’t log in because the size of the screen isn’t big enough for your keyboard. And once you connect an external keyboard just to get past that issue, the security check doesn’t work either. So it’ll continually tell you you’re entering the wrong password even tho you are not. WORST APP EVER

No option to connect device!?
Is it just me, or is there NO option to actually connect to your drone in this app? It has zero functionality
Really bad login!
I cannot login simply because the devs did not consider the size of the onscreen keyboard which covers the login screen. Nor did the devs do the right thing and simply use the password utilities of the iOS which would allow login using the users face. As such, the app is completely unusable! You really have to wonder about what some devs are thinking when they put so much time and effort in yet ignore something like logging in!

Do not support Dji fpv
It is not compatible with Dji fpv , product have price of a couple Mavic mini it should be supported . The only app I can use with it is “Dji fly” which is only what camera display no battery no information about the drone while flying , I have to wear the goggles all the time!!!
Unable to Log into my account
App installs ok on IPad, but after installation on IPhone 12, will not let me log into my account. App is stuck on the 4-character verify screen, will not accept any characters into the text box. Works ok on the iPad, just not on the iPhone
Horrendous for iOS
I use the app to track my flight time on various air frames. Unlike the Go4 app (used with Mavic 2), the display for this one is unusable and I am unable to view my flight info much less download any of the data that was uploaded from the Smart Controller.
I gave 1 star because they didn’t allow for anything lower.

Still an issue after two years?
I read another review that talked about the flight syncing window is off the screen. That was two years ago and I’m having the same problem in 2023. Bad service if this is how the app is managed.
First time using
Goes ok just a few bugs for updating the no fly zone unlock requests the sync seems to be off for me but the support has helped out.
Unusable
Cannot proceed past verification on login. The screen jumps moving from signing in name/password to verification, and nothing types in the verification field.
Can't even connect my controller!
Got a phantom 4 rtk SDK controller and can't even get it connected to the drone. Says linking is successful but it isn't. Can't even start using drone deploy until this dam thing connects. Great app DJI.
Still Unusable after 2 Years
UI won't scroll to areas you need interact with making many features inaccessible. DJI obviously has no interest in this app anymore.
Total failure
App does not work with either of our Matrice 210s. No camera input and warming about 8pin connector. Crystal sky monitor sort of works but Wi-Fi is close to total uselessness. And you can’t use dronedeploy with it. A whole lot of money for a very limited drone! American companies need to get their butts in gear.

Issue with syncing flight records
Is DJI ever going to address the issue with the flight records screen. It’s completely unusable. I can not view or sync flight records.
App crashes
This Mavic enterprise drone cost soo much and to have a mediocre app that doesn’t allow you to use the features of this drone is unacceptable! Where are all the features that the apps have? Dji go 4 etc.. this app crashes when it wants to. I’m surprised that I have lost this drone yet.
Flight sync doesn’t work
There is no way to sync your flight records on iPhone 11 with this app. The synch button is cut off on the screen and it doesn’t allow you to scroll down to get to the place to click it.
Frustrating
DJI seems to have abandoned this app. I have a small fleet of Mavic 2 Enterprise Duals, and use a multitude of iOS devices with them. Every single one of them will not sync flight records because this app is horrible. I’ve started a ticket with DJI, and nothing has been done. FIX THE SYNCING ISSUE!!
