It use phone mic for some reason!!!

Convenient, but buggy

I've had an issue where the recordings come out way faster bpm then I recorded. Issues with is not recording at all. Gotta shut down any other audio apps, and restart.

It’s stuck on recording using the phones mic.

It use to record internally now it’s somehow stuck using the phones mic so you hear people talking and the music is very weak. How do I switch it back

Unable to cancel

When I try to cancel it, not giving me the option to cancel. It’s feeling like it’s giving a money scam. There’s also no customer service so I’m gonna have to bit the bullet

Needs camera feature

This app is not bad but it needs to offer feature of camera streaming as well since the iPhone environment doesn’t allow app crosstalk

Still not working

Updated the app now that iOS 26 is supposed to be supported. Still not working. Connected to the A9 and the app always wants to record with the iPhone mic. Can’t believe I spent money on this app.

New version is now working on iOS26

Recordings are no longer choppy, slowed down/sped up.

Still leaving one star off because it took 5 months for them to fix their app and make it usable again.

BE AWARE that you need to update the firmware on your mixer if you have a DJM-900NXS2, DJM-750MK2 or DJM-450

When recording using DJM-REC in combination with DJ equipment, we have identified issues where the recorded audio may play back too fast or too slow, or where noise and audio dropouts may occur. We have implemented a fix in the latest version (Ver. 1.5.16). We kindly ask you to update DJM-REC to the latest version from the App Store and check whether the issue has been resolved. Does not work on iOS 26

If you have an Apple device on iOS 26 or newer, do not waste your money on this app. Given they can’t get their own hardware working properly the chances of this app being fixed seems close to zero, even tho iOS 26 broke it over 9months ago
