Unable to cancel
When I try to cancel it, not giving me the option to cancel. It’s feeling like it’s giving a money scam. There’s also no customer service so I’m gonna have to bit the bullet
Needs camera feature
This app is not bad but it needs to offer feature of camera streaming as well since the iPhone environment doesn’t allow app crosstalk

Still not working
Updated the app now that iOS 26 is supposed to be supported. Still not working. Connected to the A9 and the app always wants to record with the iPhone mic. Can’t believe I spent money on this app.
New version is now working on iOS26
Recordings are no longer choppy, slowed down/sped up.
Still leaving one star off because it took 5 months for them to fix their app and make it usable again.

Best recorded platform as far as Quailty goes by far. Has a limiter! No distortion!

Recorded a whole set and it’s completely slowed down. I fr wasted an hour of time on this. Can’t believe they charge people when there’s free ways to do it… just thought I’d try it and irs garbage
Does not work on iOS 26
If you have an Apple device on iOS 26 or newer, do not waste your money on this app. Given they can’t get their own hardware working properly the chances of this app being fixed seems close to zero, even tho iOS 26 broke it over 9months ago
Screwed me
Yes there was some user error but I finally decided to try and use this to record a big set and when I closed my phone the app stopped recording. Ruined my perfect night

Great easy to use app
Not functional with new ios
After using this as a demo last year and impressed with results I decided to pay £10.99 for the full version 2 months ago only to find that it no longer works properly (slow speed and laggy recording)
I wasted my money and would like a refund as there is no fix on place from the company. Poor show AlphaTheta, to think they are one of the biggest tech companies in the world… it’s embarrassing.

Stopped working
Used to work so well for years then with the latest iOS 26 update every recording runs slow on playback. Very disappointing Pioneer. Do not buy.
Probably the worst app I’ve ever used in my life
I never give app reviews but for this horrendous app I will. They charge you $10 for an app that could be vibe coded in 2 seconds to be better. On top of that, the app DOESN’T record audio properly if you have ios26. It will say it’s recording fine, and after you’re done DJing, the app obliterates the audio quality by changing the sample rate or something, so it sounds super pitched down and slower. Changing the sample rate does not fix the recording either. I’ve tried recording at least 5 different sets now and every time there is an issue with the app and my recording either stops early, or doesn’t record in proper quality.

Been 4 months no update
Been 4 months since they acknowledged there was a bug with iOS 26 and have yet to fix. Waste of 10.99 and can’t even use any other apps whilst this is down. Awful
Does NOT work with ios26 & DJM900NXS2 - NOT FIXED AFTER 9 MONTHS SINCE iOS UPDATE RELEASED.
Super buggy, audio is messed up, slowed, and distorted now with iOS26. Doesn't properly record audio from the mixer. We had a professional gig and we needed recordings of all our dj sets. NONE of them sound clear. Has to be bugged with ios26 which has been out for 9 months already btw...yet they only alerted users to not upgrade to the new iOS after last month's app update. You have got to be joking me.
Used my older iphone 7+ and records audio perfectly from the 900nxs2. This is just another app that this company makes that ends up buggy and broken and won't ever get fixed because the devs do not test or keep this app updated. I genuinely cannot believe this company is the 'industry standard'. I mean...even this app's own copyright information below in the app store still shows it's from 2020 lol. Can't even be bothered to update to 2026. They clearly do not care. Insane to think a $7k+ CDJ setup cannot record clean audio.

Terrible Service
Given this is a paid for App, 7 months this issue has existed, still no update. It’s frankly shocking that you only find out after iOS update has been applied, sped up mixes etc. Your solution, don’t update your device to iOS26.
Had this app for 2 years, no issues, very good actually but gone down in my estimation.
Had to fork out £150 for an Evermix box.
