App doesn't work after installation
I downloaded the app and couldn't find an option to register or sign up . The app simply freezes when you open it on iPhone13pro or 12promax
NEED TO UPdate Few MORE Problems
1) I don't receive any notification when there is a booking made by me or done on OTA.
2) Booking Chart- i have to open the chart every time i have to see a booking . could you integrate an option to keep the chart LOCKED so that it's comfortable for both who wants and who doesn't.
3) Dashboard- I really like the information given on the dashboard but could integrate an option where it can redirect to the bookings information that it is providing because the Advanced search option in the booking database is helpful but very complicated.
4) Booking Chart- In booking chart while creating a booking and selecting the dates (Box shape) there is only option to select but no option to Deselect.
5) Guest Details - While creating a booking and filling guest details the country code popup is very short and the app page slides down.
6) Advance Payment Option- this option was available while making the booking before but now it's not available. It would be nice if it could also be kept as an option.
7) Payment Collecting Option- It would be really helpful if you could also keep the manual payment option available next to the Ecollect option as it will help in collecting payment at the time of payment as sometimes customers prefer paying by cash at the time of check in.

Poor customer support
They have very poor customer support service. No response to the queries. No feed backs . Very unprofessional. Not recommended.
Real bad experience
Trust me the worst channel platform ever made . Zero support from the team , you keep trying to call them but no response.
