Facile ? Ça dépend !
Je suis toujours favorable à l’usage des appli mais avec la vôtre, j’ai toujours une crainte. Va-t-elle fonctionner cette fois ? En fait c’est un peu une loterie. Un jour elle fonctionne, un autre jour pas du tout !!! C’est dommage.

Al ik documenten scan dan kan ik ze aansluitend niet doorsturen. Zeer vervelend

iOS lager dan 18, dus plots kan ik deze niet meer gebruiken omdat mijn IPhone deze update niet kan downloaden. Dit vind ik zeer jammer want ik had niet direct de behoefte om een nieuw gsm te kopen
Problème de transfert de mes frais
Impossible de télécharger mes frais depuis un bon moment. De plus l’accès au formulaire sur le site est également impossible…
Moet snel veel beter
Men kan in de app niet zien welke kosten men reeds ingevoerd heeft. Men kan bijgevolg ook niet zien welke ingediende kosten reeds afgerekend werden en welke nog niet.
In de tab van de afrekeningen wordt de naam van het ingediende document niet meer vermeld.
De afrekeningen gebeuren nu zeer snel waarvoor dank.

Application et communication mauvaise
L’application n’est pas intuitive, brouillonne, la communication est très mauvaise, refus de pris en charge sans explications clair, refus de devis sans expliquer ce qu’il faut faire exactement pour avoir une réponse clair, un manque de communication énorme!

Niet bruikbaar indien je enkel een verzekering hebt voor tandzorgen want dan heb je een heel ander polisnummer. Jammer want is anders zeer welkom.

Le fait qu’on peut maintenant avoir accès aux documents de remboursement directement sur l’application et ne plus être obliger d’aller sur une page web dédiée est une plus valu très appréciable

N.envoie pas le code de verrouillage vite !!!!! Et bloque alors que c’ est le bon code enfin

De nieuwe app werkt niet goed. Vorige was veel beter!! Nu scant het automatisch en soms te snel. Na elk doorsturen moet je opnieuw inloggen. Geef mij maar oud systeem!!!!!!!

How difficult can you make an app?
This thing just does not work. They let you chose between scanning the barcode of your cards or entering the number and when you scan they ask you to complete manually.
The username you just made via their website will not work because “it might be a different one”. Might? They will let you fond out yourself because they will not help you find it.
Calling them? This is 2025! Either you speak to a bot or you fill in the contactform so someone can answer to a question different from the one you sent them and when you respond to that someone else will answer that they don’t understand what was wrong we the information given by their colleague.
