Not connecting
I've connected with my iphone thru type c cable but it keep asking to connect to wifi network MFL bla bla and no network showing even you try many times, the app is useless for Apple only working with Android as it tried it also with my Samsung tab and it is working, you should redevelop the app to work with Apple products with wire not keep asking for wifi and already its connected to the device thru cable

Fails to connect to camera.
App tries to connect to WiFi then leaves you on your WiFi screen. Never connects
Worthless
All this does is loop. Tells you to connect to the devise WiFi. Once you’re connected to the device WiFi when you click on start connecting it just brings you back to the screen telling you to connect to the device WiFi.
So frustrating and madding. Complete trash and useless device.

Received microscope as present. Both on the app (not connecting to WIFI ) and desktop application for the digital microscope W01A does not work. Support only in Chinese language

Really easy to use. But connecting is hard to do. I was able to see how crusty my fingers are (found worm), and how greasy my phone is, and how dirty my hairbrush is, and how shiny my hairclip is, and how musty my toe is, and disgusting my ear wax is, how weird a pencil is, how colorful a kiwi is, better than National Geographic microscope because this is more easy to use.

This app is intended for use with a series of electronic microscopes. I used the app with product number W05A and it worked fine.
The key to using this app and the associated electronic microscope is to pair the microscope and the app using Wi-Fi, not Bluetooth.
The app walks you through the pairing process and provides the microscope’s Wi-Fi name so you can find it when you are looking through your Wi-Fi devices. It does not pair automatically.
The app allows you to select the resolution of the microscope and then take pictures or videos of whatever the microscope is looking at. I tested the picture function and it worked fine.
In summary, the app works as designed. I do not know why people are having problems with it. The key is pairing it using Wi-Fi, not Bluetooth.

Doesn’t connect
Can’t get it to connect to the scope. Model X4 is not in the app

The app wifi doesn’t work but if you plug the usb or c usb you can open your computers camera app go into camera settings and it’s automatically recognized. Just switch it over and ur good

There is no option in the app to connect via USB, which is required for my microscope model.

The instructions to connect to your phone Wi-Fi says ‘press and hold the power button for 3 seconds! There is NO POWER BUTTON, and no power indicator light.

Doesn’t work
My dad got me this phone microscope and I’ve tried and tried to set it up but it stalls you at wifi connection. It’s asking me to connect to a wifi that just isn’t coming up. It’s such ashame as it is a really great concept. Sadly I can’t tell anyone if the actually magnifier works although the light does come on when it is plugged into your device. I am in no means a novice in setting up technology so this really has been a pain.

Impossible to connect and use
In order to use this microscope, it has to connect to a specific Wi-Fi address. After countless tries, it will NOT connect. There is no customer support or even a way to contact the company. I have a recent Apple iPhone and good Wi-Fi. I would consider this product a scam.
