Tried it a few times. No drivers responded after 5 mins of waiting.

I scheduled a ride with a local taxi service in Juneau from downtown hotel to airport for a early 3:45am pickup and they booked the service though DLUX. They kept me informed with texts and calls and were very courteous and prompt.
I downloaded the app and scheduled a another ride myself to be transferred to the Juneau airport. Scheduling was easy and did not require a credit card. Will use again, if needed.
