Only portrait mode, not landscape??
The image on the App Store shows the app running in landscape but in reality it only runs in portrait which on an iPad Pro, is not good. Why won’t it rotate into landscape? Please update.
Needs work, lots of work.
This app is very basic in design. It needs a lot of spit and polish before users can operate it intuitively. The frustrations seen here by the reviewers is simply because the software is not at all easy to use.
Is this a joke?
Moving things into the device from iOS puts them into a download folder than in not accessible by any other device other than the iOS device that the downloads folder belongs to. So what’s the darn point?
Needs update?
Downloaded this app to backup photos from iPad Pro. It will not backup all the photos and albums no matter how many times I try. VERY frustrating. Not sure if the fault is with the device or the software, but I'm ready to return this AirDisk. I expected more reliability for a $100 device (and accompanying app).
