Gute Bilder, aber die App ist schlecht
Sämtliche Fotos und Videos werden nicht gespeichert, beziehungsweise sind nicht abrufbar. So ist die Kamera nicht zu gebrauchen. Schade, weil die Bildqualität ist echt gut.

This app is supposed what is needed for a telescope to view images digitally… well it didn’t work and probably stole my data, really a sus app.
Can’t get connected to WiFi
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice now and It won’t connect via Bluetooth. So now a useless product

Die Verbindung ist manchmal möglich, bricht dann nach wenigen Minuten ab und ist nicht wieder herstellbar. Die Kamera wird dadurch zum Elektroschrott.
Does not work at all
What a disappointment. This app does not even open. I get to the page that shows the WiFi connect, I click on “OK” and it just brings me to my settings. I cannot do anything with this. The microscope is charged and on. Does nothing- doesn’t even try to connect :(

After this last update the app will no longer connect to my microscope. It just keeps telling me to connect and takes me to my wifi settings. But i am connected.

Completely Disappointed
Ordered this for work because someone else came to my company and had one and it was great but apparently it must be hit or miss… I ordered the exact same product and followed every step to the letter and got absolutely nothing. No pictures, no videos just the main app screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling again following all the steps exactly as stated and still nothing. And there are no options anywhere for troubleshooting if something like this happens, no one to reach out to for customer service of any kind.

Don’t use!!!!
You will have to connect to an unsecured Wi-Fi built-in signal and then provide access to all your photos or the device will not work!!! This is a Chinese brand that wants to take advantage of your personal files/photos. Also it crashes after a few photos and you will have to restart the app.

I wish I would have read the app reviews before buying the telescope. Total waste. Awful app doesn’t connect easily. Wants complete open wifi. Whoever built this needs to be fired.

Do not connect this to your WIFI!!!!! It will require you to make your WiFi public and then connect the software will collect data from all devices connected to WiFi even after deleting the app the spyware remains once you connect it to wifi!! Throw the free product away
I can’t complain
Everyone, IMHO, needs a microscope to be able to attach to their computer. This, for my purposes,…IS the one. Now when they develop a scanning electron microscope for the desktop, I’ll plop down $500.00 to pick one of those up….!!!!😛😛😛😛😛😛😛
