Doesn’t work
This app is supposed what is needed for a telescope to view images digitally… well it didn’t work and probably stole my data, really a sus app.
Can’t get connected to WiFi
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice now and It won’t connect via Bluetooth. So now a useless product
Does not work at all
What a disappointment. This app does not even open. I get to the page that shows the WiFi connect, I click on “OK” and it just brings me to my settings. I cannot do anything with this. The microscope is charged and on. Does nothing- doesn’t even try to connect :(
Used to work
After this last update the app will no longer connect to my microscope. It just keeps telling me to connect and takes me to my wifi settings. But i am connected.

Completely Disappointed
Ordered this for work because someone else came to my company and had one and it was great but apparently it must be hit or miss… I ordered the exact same product and followed every step to the letter and got absolutely nothing. No pictures, no videos just the main app screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling again following all the steps exactly as stated and still nothing. And there are no options anywhere for troubleshooting if something like this happens, no one to reach out to for customer service of any kind.

Useless application
Don’t use!!!!
You will have to connect to an unsecured Wi-Fi built-in signal and then provide access to all your photos or the device will not work!!! This is a Chinese brand that wants to take advantage of your personal files/photos. Also it crashes after a few photos and you will have to restart the app.

How do I transfer photos that I took in the app utilizing the digital telescope to my phone?

I wish I would have read the app reviews before buying the telescope. Total waste. Awful app doesn’t connect easily. Wants complete open wifi. Whoever built this needs to be fired.
Beware Chinese Spyware!!!
Do not connect this to your WIFI!!!!! It will require you to make your WiFi public and then connect the software will collect data from all devices connected to WiFi even after deleting the app the spyware remains once you connect it to wifi!! Throw the free product away
I can’t complain
Everyone, IMHO, needs a microscope to be able to attach to their computer. This, for my purposes,…IS the one. Now when they develop a scanning electron microscope for the desktop, I’ll plop down $500.00 to pick one of those up….!!!!😛😛😛😛😛😛😛

Get what you pay for!
I bought this item off Amazon. In the video that they advertise on Amazon, shows that you can ‘zoom out’ of the object (like a coin for instance) and still be able to view the image clearly. This is false! It is completely blurry! And the app wanted permission to access my photo album and other things in my phone, not happening! Not worth it IMO

Doesn’t work
It just plain old doesn’t work. And you need to give permission to all your pictures and info on an unsecured WiFi?! No thank you! If it would have taken zero stars that’s what it would have gotten.
Beware, beware, beware
Apparently, the only way this will work is if you use the unsecure wifi built into the device. In addition, you have to give it access to all of the photos and videos on your phone or tablet. The privacy comment says that all that they collect is “user content”. You are the user, you have to give them access to your content (in the form of your photos and videos), which they then collect. Seriously?

Pathetic
Bought the Wi-Fi microscope to use with my phone. Have downloaded the app onto 3 different devices running 3 different operating systems and cannot get the app working on 2 of those. It just doesn’t show the image. The other device has connected about 3-4 times out of about 100 tries but then freezes up. Waste of money.

Operates flawlessly but…..requires an unsecured wifi connection and complete access to the network and everything in the network to operate.
Keeps crashing frequently
Once finally get in focus, then the app crshes. Guess I should have just went with one with screen. Its time comsuming lining up pic in between coins.
Stand which came free for registering on website is not sturdy.
Mqybe its just me not knowing how, but going quickly between a pic of whole object to the zoomed details it takes few mins.

Stopped working after update.
Had to delete and reinstall to get into work. But still a great app.
