Important Notice: “DM Care 糖訊通” Migration to “HA Go – DM Care”
Thank you for using and supporting “DM Care 糖訊通” over the years.
Due to administrative reasons, the current “DM Care 糖訊通” will be migrating to “HA Go – DM Care”. Upon completion of the migration, the existing “DM Care 糖訊通” will cease to function and further updates or support for the app will no longer be available.
The HA Go – DM Care App encompasses useful tips on diabetes care providing patients with the support needed in their daily self-management of their diabetes. Users can record their self-measured blood glucose and blood pressure readings and enter records in a personal food diary in the app.
Please visit your app store to download HA Go which is available for iOS devices. Once you have downloaded HA Go, you may approach your HA health care provider to prescribe the DM Care App to you.
Disclaimer: DM Care App provides diabetes information for education and reference. Users should seek doctors’ advice before making any medical decisions. Also note that HA Go - DM Care App is only available to patients under HA care.
