About

DMC Pilot runs destination management companies. This app puts the parts of a program that happen away from the desk in your hand: the day's run of show, transfers, guest check-in, flights and the team chat. Everything you do here is the same record your office works on. A guest checked in at the airport shows on the office board the moment you tap. There is no sync step and nothing to reconcile at the end of the day. A DMC Pilot account is required. Your company adds you from DMC Pilot on the web, and the app signs in with the same email, password and permissions. PROGRAMS AND THE DAY SHEET The programs you are on, with the run of show laid out day by day in the program's time zone, plus the team, suppliers and events. TRANSFERS The day's transfer board: assign the transport supplier, approve and dispatch a run, cancel, and acknowledge a flight change. GUEST CHECK-IN Tick guests off the manifest as they arrive. If two people check in the same guest, the app handles it instead of silently overwriting one of them. FLIGHTS Arrivals and departures for the program, with live status and the local time at each end. DISRUPTIONS Raise an incident the moment something goes wrong, and stand it down afterward. CHAT Company channels, program channels and direct messages, kept on the phone so they open at once. Reply, forward, react, pin and search, with read receipts. Send voice notes, files, and photos and videos that are made smaller before they upload. A message written with no signal sends itself once you are back online. DISPATCH AI Ask a question about a program and get an answer drawn from your own records, with the same permission checks as on the web. CLIENTS AND CONTACTS The people behind each account, with key dates and one tap to call or email. FILES The company drive, your own files and each program's files, with previews, search and share links. Upload from the camera, your photos or the Files app. TIME CLOCK Staff and freelancers clock in and out of their shifts from their phone. NOTIFICATIONS Push notifications for mentions, direct messages and Dispatch answers. Muted conversations stay quiet. YOUR COMPANY'S RULES APPLY Roles and permissions set on the web apply here too. Someone who cannot edit transfers at the desk cannot edit them on the phone. Freelancers see only the programs they are assigned to. Some features depend on your company's plan and your role. What's New in DMC Pilot

1.3.0

October 10, 2026

A big update for running programs on the go. Day sheet - The row happening now is highlighted, and the day sheet opens right at it. - Every row opens: bookings, transfers, staff shifts and notes, with only the actions that make sense for that item. - Supplier bookings to confirm are grouped together and open the booking. Arrivals and stays - See each run's terminal and meeting point. - See every guest's hotel stays, including room type and who they share with. Team chat - A new one-row message box, with voice notes that play on one line. - Send several files in one message with a caption. - Unsent messages follow you between your phone and your computer. Clients - Clients show their own logo from their website. - A client's website is filled in from their first email address. - Contact details are one tap away. Also - Notifications are set up during first launch, and each type follows the main push switch. - Save buttons wait until you change something. - Issues and change notes have a friendlier, faster form. - Buttons that only work on the web are gone from the phone.
