Poorly design app and functionally illogical considering its importance for home owners and tenants. Requires total overhaul, but you have no choice.

Convenient way to request for work permits, gate passes, add household etc. No need to pick up the phone to call or stop by the

Utter Garbage
An app that’s designed to deliver announcements and facilitate easier access and property management only works on WiFi.
A 14 yr old coding on JavaScript can make a better functional app than whoever made this. UI and UX is stuttering and load times are atrocious.
App developers should test the app before committing it. But it seems that this was just a rushed job with no actual.

Is this a joke?
So there’s not one competent person that works for DMCI. Nobody that works in the office is competent nobody that works and support is competent nobody that creates your stupid apps that does not work is competent. Terrible.

Easy to use
Easy to use. It’s just a struggle in the beginning when registering to the app. But once done, everything is smooth.
Cannot even complete registration
You update your app but cannot even fix the basics — im a new resident who has been told to register in the app for easier filing of permits and other concerns and yet i cannot even register and create an account because each when i select the property, the building list is empty and the registration does not proceed. I have raised this with PMO and was told they will endorse it to the IT Team and there have been several app updates since but still no fix on this error.

Very buggy and not user friendly
This app needs to be redesigned and developed. It takes such a long time just to create one ticket. It also has so many bugs that I give us trying to use it. Please, please continue to update and fix the app.

Upon creating an account, I can't log in
if only I could give a negative star, I would. I just created an account and I couldnt log in. I tried changing my password and it says user not found. Then i also tried creating a new account and it prompted that the email is already used. I dont know what to do anymore.

Too many bugs
Just garbage before it was somewhat barable. I’ve been trying to login for the past few days but ever since the last update it says bad credentials. I’ve reset my password multiple times already and have copied and pasted it to be sure but when logging in it still says bad credentials.
You can’t streamline going through the app for things like bill proof of payment submissions and gate passes when it’s garbage.

Useless app
It's taking a very long time in creating an account but when I decided to continue it on my next free time, the app recognized my email to be used even though I did not finish it the dirst time and when I tried again for an hour, may name has now with bad credentials and or with unknown error and can no longger sign up. How will I then use this app and get what I need?
Before deciding to mandate the usage of this app, I suggest you invest in engineers or app developers so your residents, tenants can easily access.

can’t apply for gate passes and work permits
In the Building fields, it only just shows “None” instead of the buildings, i cant apply a friggin gate pass or work oer

Frustrating app
Buggiest app I’ve ever used. Annoying, stressful and really frustrating. Its sad that a billion peso company like DMCI cant even offer a decent working app. I share same experience and feelings of frustration by previous reviewers.
Horrible app
I’ve just moved in a week ago and have been trying to make an account for a whole week but every time it said internal server error and then email address already registered even if the email isn’t. Just now it let me try to make an account and when I was putting in information the app crashed kicked me out and it won’t let me log in because it says invalid email and password saying my account doesn’t exist. And when I tried again to go make the same account with the same information, it wouldn’t let me because it said the email address is already registered. This has been really inconvenient and annoying because I need the gate pass and announcements/information on where to pay bills and apply for stuff. Please fix this useless, horrible app.

Terrible app
App needs to be fix. There’s nothing you can do with the app besides reading the announcement. All features does not work at all. After pressing services or profile fearure you are immediately logged out. Tried several times with no luck. I’m unable to update my profile or apply for gate pass and work permit. Please fix this. App is useless.
