It doesn’t work and they don’t care.

DMM Mobile was sold to Rakuten and since then, the system became absolutely terrible. The settings from this Sim-card set up doesn’t work and their customer service won’t do anything but apologize. Apologies won’t make it work so you will just waste your money. DMM has no ethics. Is just a company that had a chance. They don’t care about the user. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

高速データ通信の切り替えできません

前は低速から高速への切り替え時にアプリが起動したのにログイン情報の保存ができなくなったせいか、ログインできず、切り替えができません！改善してください！！！

パスワード入力画面で、キーチェーンからパスワードを入力しようとすると画面が変わってしまい入力できない
パスワードのテキストボックスに貼り付けができないので、コピペもできない
パスワードの手入力でしかログインできない脆弱なアプリ
