Login Issues
This app came with a worst update. Can’t even login properly, it doesn’t show the REQUEST OTP TAB. Booking ticket is a altogether different. App looks good but user interface and ease to access is worst of all
Ticket Not generated but payment deducted
I updated the app today which has broken the app. After update i purchased a ticket which did not generate but the payment was successful. Also app is not allowing to raise a ticket.
Too broken for an app that’s supposed to be useful on the move
Station search does not seem to cover all stations for now. Users need to know the precise station name for it to show up in search.
The app is good but it should support apple wallet pass
The app should support being able to add the purchased ticket to Apple wallet app as it’s more convenient in iOS to do that and it will also help when the connection is not so good

Good but needs improvement
It should enable us to deactivate the ticket that we already purchased. So that, we can again purchase the ticket because I bought the wrong ticket by mistake.
Also, it can have a card facility as well that could be scanned anywhere instead of purchasing a single ticket. That card can have a wallet balance and saves our time to purchase ticket every time online.

Discount
You guys should give discount in app as well like you give on metro card.
Like if you book ticket from app it would be 5% or 10% discount.

Improvement in apps
Team You Should improve your app for booking metro tickets i tried to book metro tickets 2 times but i dont received any metro ticket but money got deducted from my account and your apps says payment failed i have also raised ticket for the same in your app but same no resolution has been provided
App crash
I just downloaded the application and logged in, after 30 minutes i tried to book ticket the app is asking me to update the application. And when i click on the update, the application is already updated. And the error is still there i even restarted my phone but still the issue is unsolved. worst application

Before updating the app Anand Vihar ISBT metro station was showing on the app but after updating the stations does not show I think the team needs to work on it. Thanks
Bad payment gateway
It’s a well known fact that PayTM PG isn’t the best gateway available. Even after multiple tries I am unable to save my card in it and I’m having to input details everytime I need to make a transaction.
Moreover, there’s not enough information available about the available discounts using the QR codes.

Too many bugs
Firstly, the app asks for mobile number and other details to login. I deleted my account and could login using the same credentials. Few stations are not available on the app to book tickets. And ticket booking has time restrictions during the night which doesn't make sense. Needs lots of improvement.

Update Glitch
Every time i open this app without internet it says update available but theres is not and when connected to internet it says app installation in progress! why?? and if someone has no internet can he not be able to check map is it fair ??
Much needed step but I can’t use it due to bad UX
I am unable to login the app. When I try to login using Google account then it asks for a mobile number and when I enter my mobile no. then app says number already in use.
Not able create new account also. When I try to create new account using my email and mobile the it says User not verified and the nothing happens.

Add metro card
You guys should have an option to add our delhi metro card to get discount for those who have metro card.
Good step BUT Huge scope of improvement is still there
The ticket booking feature seems to have bugs. When you select a destination and source combination for which there is no train or timing is past, it didn’t show any error any message it just waits. The route map is pathetic, it is too small to read, should take inspiration from other country metro maps or simply show in Google maps or simply copy the way ixigo plots routes on geographical map.

App is having a lot of bug as of now
The app is having a lot of bug. When purchasing tickets it is showing error as “Merchants has exhausted their payment acceptance limit” and then payment is failed.

Your app claims that no data is being collected then why does one need a login ID and password? Where is this being stored ?
