App has shut down.
I have deadlines this week and the app will not work in letting me in. This is needs fixing and is seriously urgent as I have deadlines in a couple of days time.

It was never a great app but I never had any real issues with it until now (about to enter 3rd year)
The app literally will not work!
I saw the email saying i needed to update my apple devices for safety, then I updated the MyDMU app and it now opens to a blank screen? Pls fix!

Always crashes when trying to access timetable

App no longer works at all really l
On the latest version of iOS at the time of writing the app no longer lets access the timetable, now DMU put two timetables you have to check to make things worse and both form the same result. Absolutely terrible app, it’s never updated and not very user friendly at all.

Static information covers almost all of safe trace screen
The static information at the top and bottom of the screen, plus the explicit consent notice fill all but a narrow band of the screen on my phone. Only 15mm height is available for clicking on the “click to consent and scan” part of the screen.

Not particularly great
Used to work fine, last update now means can’t fully open and read entire emails in app (iPhone) Constantly asks for password every few minutes.
Requires password all the time
Once I’ve logged in, the app works ok for a bit and then it starts asking for my password to access the timetable. If I enter the password it asks for it again, and again, and again. If I press cancel I do not have access to my timetable. Please fix this.
Boys
Timetable keeps asking you to login even after logging in, apps slow and emails don’t load. Sort it out lads !!! >:-(

ERRORS
Error message whenever I try to look at my timetable. What is the point in this app when it doesn’t actually work?
Not currently compatible with iOS13
Opens and loads the guest tiles but will just crash and close if you try to interact with it in any way. Can’t find an easy contact detail to report this to so mentioning it on here in the hope that anyone thinking of upgrading to the new OS version has a backup plan for getting into their DMU content if needed.

Application is slow and non helpfull to students for guidance, would not recommend downloading this app, better to use a laptop or computer.
A mess
The latest update once again scrambled any order attempted by the app’s user and what’s worse it now has a messed up layout of blackboard that you can access through safari (blackboard’s mobile layout is horrible), making looking up staff contacts a literal nightmare! It was the one thing it was good for apart from looking at the time table! It makes using the app only useful for timetable!
And stop trying to make library the second icon- students use the app mostly for timetable and blackboard (also why are there two timetable icons???)
Please stop making it worse every single time!

Timetable doesn’t work
It shows me every possible lecture / seminar so I don’t know which are mine
