I like it but “flip” is broken
I was trying to flip over the dip switches so that switch 1=256 as is sometimes the case but it seems the “flip” function isn’t working. It’s possible I misunderstood the use of that function also.
Otherwise I really like the app and use it often for figuring out absolute addresses.

Seems okay, but doesn't work fully with OS8
The first two pages seem to work fine, but the last two freeze the app. It does give absolute values, which is helpful, but for $1.99, I expect it to fully function.
Letters
An option to change blocks from numerical fixture number 1: 1-6, 26: 151-156 to A: 1-6, Z: 151-156, AA: 157-162 and so on would be nice for rigs that prefer letters.
Doesn't support dimmer doubling?
Unless I'm missing something, this app always assumes your universe is 512 whole number addresses. I can't find ant way of starting universe 2 at 257 which I need to do when I'm dimmer doubling in universe 1.
Settled a debate...
Used this on a gig the other day. Got tired of listening to the house guy and the my producer's ME discuss how to address the antique technobeams while crew stood around with their thumbs up their butts. Unpocketed my iphone, tapped for a few seconds, held it in front of their faces (they were both wrong) and, presto, the job got moving.

Worth every penny
It does what it claims to do and is worth every penny. I think the dipswitches are a great improvement from the original version on the palm os. 99 cents is the right price for what this product does. Now if we could only find someone to write an iphone app that created a virtual lighting lab. hmm what developer could do that for us?

Good program
I like this program and the others by West Side. One thing that I don't like, though, is that the DIP settings are set at the bottom of the page. I liked them better when they were at the top next to the numbers. Consider moving them back to the top and using a simple 'i' button to access additional information. The DIP settings need to be more readable and closer to the calculations. The larger ones in the original version were better. I actually had forgotten about the DIPs and actually missed them at first. I DO like the ability to read them left to right and change the initial position for "1".
It's a good app. Just put it back to a more readable method for the DIPs please.

Fix bug!
Dip switches don't correspond!
ALMOST
Great idea, but it would be nice if user had the option of assigning the value of all dip's off at "0" or "1", as different manufacturers treat this differently.
Good App that needs a major fix....
Dip switch settings are inaccurate, aside from that consider putting a numeric value above or below the designated dip switch. This is especially helpful because your dip switches read right to left, which is uncommon.
Good app
Works as described. Very industry specific, so if your not in the DMX contolled lighting world, you don't need this app. Nice update would be to type in fixture address and have it spit out DMX start channel, ie light 1, channel 1, light 2 channel 4, etc.
Cool app
Simple and easy to use. Unless I am missing something the row of dots at the top for dip switch settings doesn't seem to be accurate at all. Has anyone else noticed this?
Handy and easy to use...
Well done.
