Old app stopped working. This app rejects my valid I’d & password. App is a zero
Newest version does not allow my to login
I would give this zero stars if I could. I have been using the previous app on an iPad for years. this latest versions will not allow me to log in, it says my password or log in are incorrect. I am able to log in to the Detroit Free Press print addition through the Safari browser without any issue. The help desk confirmed that I was not doing anything wrong and sent the issue to the technical support team - they still have not addressed this issue.
