What's New in Do Sides?

0.6.2

June 3, 2026

v0.6.2 — Making progress on making goals cleaner. Currently focused around the first 12 weeks back but I'm cranking away on what a cultural shift will look like when you're back to the pool for years, not just returning for the first couple weeks. Added: - Goals leads with your Program: A new card up top shows the chapter you're in, what that chapter is for, and the whole three-chapter arc. - Goals say what they actually do. Each goal in the library now spells out the lean it puts on your program Changed: - Goals tells the truth about itself. Plain language: the program runs every time you swim; a goal just tilts it toward something specific. The program is the foundation — the goal is the thumb on the scale. (It always worked this way under the hood; now the screen says so.) - Progress "This Week" matches the calendar: It now counts the current week the same way the calendar right above it does. - Your Usual: updated the weekly progress comparison from 7 day rolling average to your average week over the last month — instead of a single, noisy signal. - Workout titles match the actual set: Titles now read off the day's real work instead of a fixed label. Now "Threshold + Kick" only shows up on a day that actually has a kick - lol small oversight my bad.

Exceptional & Intentional

Finally! An app that removes the mental barrier that can be "How should I plan my workouts to get back in the pool?" I love leaving my phone in the locker while the watch gets to do exactly what it was designed for- let's be honest getting to use this kind of tech in the water still feels luxurious! Saves me so much time I waste when I stress over how to create my own training plan. And thoughtful to include your other workouts that support your swim practice. Highly recommend!

Smart app to get back in the pool!

Great time saver! No need to figure out a daily program, track completed workouts and days in the pool. I’m a follower, not a leader, and this app tells me what to do based on my health data. Love it!
