Good for residents
Its useful to have an online bulletin board for local residents to post stuff
Non-functional
This app is so frustrating. The important links you need are below my phone screen and I am unable to click them. Terrible idea to have an app and a website for different but very related things, and the app is non-functioning on top of it. So much for using the pools that my HOA fees go to. Also app will not even let you stay signed in. You have to go to guest access every single time, then hit login, then re-enter your email address and pin each time you open the app.
