This app is for clinicians that have been approved by a local healthcare provider to carry out home visits through Doc Abode. The clinician can select whether to attend a home visit or not and, if accepted, log all information relevant to the visit along the way. Delivered in partnership with healthcare providers, the platform opens up access to a wider, more flexible workforce providing a more sustainable, motivating pattern of work, encouraging increased participation which in turn, leads to more personalised care and improved patient outcomes.
