Slide Buttons Need Work
I love this restaurant and the app is a good layout, but the slide buttons never seem to work. I just spent four minutes, trying to select grilled salmon.

Please add the ranchero wrap to your app. You have the ranchero salad that you don’t have the ranchero wrap. It is our favorite and we can’t order it through the app because you won’t put it on it. But it is on the menu in the store. please add to app.

Why can’t I just use Apple Pay? So I have to input a credit card, kept saying crypto error so I used another card, same thing, adding a protein to a salad with a sensitive slide bar is ridiculous. So I went to google, used their website and boom boom done, easy. This app needs some work
Best choice in the area
Consistently great food, and service. The Cuban s panini is my favorite. Zucchini and squash side is very tasty. Can’t recommend Doc Greg’s enough!

Depending on what location you go to.. it’s good! I enjoy their food but I think they could work on the employees greeting people and being friendly.

I started going to Doc Greens down in Wichita. When I saw them opening one in KC, it just made my day. Staff is friendly and the food is delicious!

“Missed the ticket”
I ordered our food via the app at 8:15 pm for an 8:30 pick up. My husband arrived at 8:28 pm to pick it up and they were rude when he asked about our order. After a few minutes the staff realized they hadn’t checked the printer for the order...He had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to warm up the grill and complete the order. Horrible customer service and efficiency.

Love Doc Greens - App needs upgrade
It took 3 times for the App to take my order. Feels a little glitchy- but in the end it was Ok. I like build your own & app is missing some options available in my Doc Green store such as Pico de Gallo, pepperocini
