I’ve been using this app for years! It has gotten better over time! It works as intended!
Sufficient, but sending options need an upgrade
This is a great app. I’ve used it for years. However, sometimes there are long delays between when I send a scanned document by the email feature and when it is received. Also, the sender information is stance. So it is likely to be overlooked, ignored or filtered into the spam folder which is problematic when trying to handle documents quickly and professionally.

One of the best
Unlike those programs that depend on AI too much, this program does the image processing locally, and the algorithms are great. As a result, this app is much faster than others when I scan a book.
not fair
It used be easy to export scans to a laptop. Then it became nearly impossible to use email. For a while I shared scans instead via dropbox. Now they “updated “ in such a way that it requires a bronse plan. This is not what I purchased. It is not fair.

Simplifies my life!
Straightforward and easy to use- it’s become my go-to for all kinds of personal and professional situations when I need to make sure I have a copy of any documents. Streamlines things for me, especially for items I don’t necessarily need hard copies, but do want a transaction record. I had no idea how much I would end up using it when I first downloaded it to try!
Updating because platform seems to have changed over time. I can no longer email docs from app and faxing is ridiculously expensive for multi page documents. Disappointed in these points. I paid for an upgrade thinking that would take care of the email aspect but I was wrong- still no go!

Voilà un outil que j’utilise quotidiennement depuis une dizaine d’années et dont les performances sont excellentes. Peut-être existe-t-il mieux mais celui là me convient très bien.
Email stopped working
Loved the app and had been using the free version for years. During one of the upgrades the ability to email the information stopped working. If it still worked this would be an awesome app.
