Für mich die beste App, um Dokumente zu scannen und als pdf abzulegen. Synchronisation mit iCloud funktioniert wunderbar (zb. scannen mit iPhone, lesen danach bei Gelegenheit am iPad).
Auch Export nach Pdf klappt prima. Selbst verzerrte Scans sind kein Problem und können gerade gerichtet werden. Toll,wäre einzig noch eine Möglichkeit der einfachen Bildbearbeitung nach dem Scan (Anpassung von Helligkeit, Kontrast). Und das Beste: kein Abo und trotzdem immer wieder Updates und Verbesserungen❣️

I'm writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with Doc OCR Pro. For a long time, this app was an indispensable tool for me, reliably converting images of documents into editable text with impressive accuracy. However, over the last three updates, Doc OCR Pro has become virtually unusable.
The core functionality of the app – the OCR itself – has completely broken down. Instead of processing documents, the app now consistently fails, It's frustrating to open the app with a task in mind, only to be met with constant failures.
This isn't just a minor glitch; it's a fundamental breakdown of the app's primary purpose. It's clear that something went wrong in recent updates, rendering a previously excellent application into a useless one. I've tried basic troubleshooting steps like restarting my device and checking for updates, but nothing has resolved the issue.
The decline is particularly disheartening because Doc OCR Pro used to be a standout in its category. Its ability to handle challenging scans and produce high-quality text was a significant advantage. Now, it's just a placeholder on my device, taking up space without delivering any value.
To the developers (IFUNPLAY CO., LTD.): Please investigate these recent updates urgently. Your app has lost its core functionality, and it's alienating loyal users. We need a stable version that performs as reliably as it once did. Without a fix, Doc OCR Pro is unfortunately no longer a viable solution for document scanning and OCR.

Very handy app
This app is a lifesaver for writers and researchers documenting large quotes from books. The page uncurl feature works terrifically. Text recognition is good, but there’s always a little editing to do. Otherwise it’s great for copying a whole page at a time. Faster than Xerox, plus you get OCR thrown in. There’s a few things that could be better, but I’ve been using it for… Many years.

We use this scanner app for multiple medical records. The fax application is very useful too. The imaging is quite clear even at times when the ambient light is low. Downloading manuals, webpages, et cetera are a breeze. It’s a good tool to have in your mobile office’s arsenal. However, it should have a user’s guide highlighting each of its features. Yet, you’ll learn the more you use it the easier it gets. SLW

Staple Application
Use this App a lot. To package pictures and scans together. Then deliver in a PDF to cloud storage or share with others. Also, used the FAX function. Excellent App.
The best OCR on iPhones I could find (Destroyed in version 5)
This is the best Document OCR app I found by luck. It is about 95% accurate with good photo. It can do things that others cannot, like make the lines continuous thus preserving paragraphs. It can pull good recognition out of if even bad photos. It can also preserve columns and do not mix up the lines in between the columns. It can even recognize some handwritten text at some level depending on the clarity of the writing. It really saved me a lot of time. I do not use anything else. It is an excellent company with great talent. It is sometimes hard to find in the App Store. Above 5 star review I have written was on Doc OCR Pro Version 4.6. When I saw it has been updated since to version 5.7 I thought it must have been improved to near perfection. I wanted update it and also install iOS 16. I thought I should see how good it is on my iPhone 14 Pro. When I tried the new version 5.7 I was shocked. The same scan with 5.7 was totally unusable. How can a company take wonderful OCR software and instead of improving it to more perfection absolutely destroy it. I sincerely recommend this company to thrash the OCR engine in the new version and go back to the OCR engine in the 4.6 version. Until then I would not recommend Doc OCR Pro for use in OCR jobs. Unfortunately, I have to keep the version 4.6 in iOS 14 on my iPhone SE to be able use this amazing OCR software. I am concerned if I update the system to iOS 15 or iOS 16 it may stop working. There is nothing better out there. If this company just take the version 4.6 and adapt it to iOS 16 and issue as an OCR software it would be wonderful.

Not so good recently.
I have been using this app since 2018 with no problems until recently. In the past 3 months I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall it 4 times because it will not open. After reinstalling, it will work for a few days or weeks and then won’t open again. I have the latest updates on the app and the phone, an Apple iPhone 13 pro max. I will be looking for an alternative app if this problem continues.
