Why does the update didn’t include any option to save userID & password?

Updated app, now cannot log in,
Tried multiple times, worked fine the day before the update
This app also usually freezes at times once you open a document and you can’t go back to the previous screen then you have to exit the app, re enter the app just to look at the previous screen
