I accidentally deleted the app when I downloaded the app back and sign in what trail I was doing now won’t let me finish and it won’t let redeem what orange point I have and I email support and have not heard anything back
Needs to be shut down
This app is untrustworthy , I completed several trials , and out of about 8 gift cards only about 3 was actually sent to me. I contacted customer service numerous times and most times didn’t even get a reply, when I did receive a reply all they said was that their system said it was sent, clearly it wasn’t . Still haven’t received a reply from my last email and it’s ok because I will no longer use this app. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Especially to give your personal information to.

Think of this: Every App is designed with its own agenda <sic> inherent, both to aggragate the users information and whether on the frontside, during its use, or when selling (said) information, make a equivalent of a income. I can view a App like this, having aggregated the vast-store of information about the users, solely based on what was stated in its own description, to be either run by both the Govt and the ahum, Health Insurance Insurance Industry, or, most-to-all information being sold to either of the aforementioned. Points System
I’ve been using this app for seven months and have yet to redeem my earned points. They only have two options to redeem for orange and purple points, but there isn’t a way to redeem for the blue points. The research study I have been a part of rewards blue points but there isn’t no gift card option in the marketplace. I’ve contacted them months ago about this issue and it’s still hasn’t been resolved.

Worst app ever
I downloaded they app and referred lots of my friends at first I could get my gift cards then all of a sudden I got stuck with 2,000 points and my gift cards stay sold out and it’s kinda crazy cause they control the gift cards I have contact support more then 5 times and they either don’t reply or they are super rude this app is false advertisement just to get traffic to they app and it’s no wroth the download I would refer this app to anyone and if I could rate it 0 I would

I’ve been a user of this app since the beginning. It’s gone through many tremendously positive changes! I’m able to organize all of my health records so easily.

They have been working tirelessly to get the gift cards restocked and distributed. I emailed them and received a response in 24 business hours or less. Pretty cool health app
This app is very interesting. So far it has a lot of great qualities.
Most people who left a negative review were only noted a gift card/ redeemable points. It shows they are all about the money.

Awesome company that had a huge issue, but made up for it!
I downloaded the app during a huge promotion they offered for sharing the app in exchange for points to use in their marketplace. It was during the busiest online shopping time of the year and thousands of people downloaded the app for gift cards, which caused a lot of crashing within the app and supplies ran out. They were super accommodating, apologetic and made right with everything they promised! Thank you and I can’t wait to participate in trials!

Good start
It looks like the app is still at its start, and when I read previous comments it seems like their referral action came a little too early for them to handle the saturated systems. All in all, I did not have any problems with the app and I think this is a very good idea that has a lot of future possibilities.

Great Support
The team can be trusted but it took some time before they solved everything that went wrong with my cards but they kept their word with grace. The app is a keeper too,had no idea you could make an app like that.

This app is legit and they do keep their word and try to make it right with everyone took a bit for me but it finally worked out and I’d definitely recommend this app to ppl
It’s okay but not happy
So I had issues with receiving the rest of my emails 1 out of 7 I was able to redeem and received an email the others ones said it’s success but never received an email for them can’t reedem them when I don’t have an email for them only had received 1 , I emailed 3 times already to u guys and never have gotten a reply

Love it, but having issues
I love this app and think the concept of it is actually amazing.
My only problem is I’ve been waiting for the gift cards to restock and finally they said “redeem” but I’m unable to redeem my gift card. Any help I can get with that? Or is there still a back up going on?

I haven’t participated in a trial yet but this company worked their butts off for their users! Their referral program went viral and they obviously weren’t prepared or expecting it. It took a minute but they have actually honored everyone’s referral credit which a lot of companies wouldn’t do. I’m looking forward to seeing what these days trials are about!
