パスワード忘れてログインできなくなり、リセットしようとしたらパスワードルールを満たしているのにエラーになり変更できません

アドレス登録したにも関わらず、一度閉じたら再度ログイン出来ず、このアドレスではログインできません。別のアドレスで登録して下さい。とエラーメッセージがでました。家族のアドレスで再度登録しました。翌日そのアドレスも同じエラーメッセージがでました。なんど会員登録させるのでしょうか。使えません。
