Lacking
I just started using DocHauler as a new OTR driver. My company started from the beginning that DocHauler has issues on iPhone. I’m seeing that to truly be the case. I can’t see some of our company documents that my Android using coworkers can. Two of which being our fuel maps - I can see the West map, but the Midwest & East maps just show me a blank screen. I also can’t see our document that shows tractor registrations, but I can see the one for trailer registrations. Makes no sense, but it’s exactly the same for my iPhone using OTR trainer. Would be nice if it just worked.

Driver
The app keeps freezing all the time, in the middle of my scanning.
Barebones
This app could be so much better if it would take some clues from the TRANSFLO app. Being able to send messages to dispatch would be a huge plus. No notifications is a terrible thing. It’s like they spent a couple hours throwing this together and didn’t even ask for driver feedback. Then again, there has been driver feedback here, but apparently it falls on deaf ears.

It’s ok
An option to use a saved pic to send would make this app so much better. Also a simple notification to let you know there is an update would be a plus
Multiple trips
It would be extremely helpful if more than one trip could be entered. Trip planning is essential and I’m unable to do this since your app cannot handle more than one trip at a time.
Notifications
This app doesn’t send any notifications at all! From the Drivers stand point notifications that new trips has been added should be a must. You physically have to open the app and click on my info and trips to see any updates.
Sending documents
The app doesn’t send the documents via email.
Not working
I have iPhone 13 pro max and it doesn’t work.
I can not see my loads, I can not send BOL or Customs paperwork…
Please get it fixed and I will fix rating

Worked good at first, now freezes
