It used to be a great app but now it’s useless so I have deleted the app
No good
Don’t bother. It’s not user friendly, no map to search for your destination. You have to know the “Dock 411 code” for whatever it is you’re looking for.

Good app. Will get better with time and more driver data.
A long over due trucking tool!
One thing I really like about the app, is the developers. If you ever have questions or need help with the app, the response time is quick and I feel like they're genuinely in it to help us! Thank you Dock411!
Could be useful but it’s not
I have downloaded this and deleted it probably 5 times since its inception. I just downloaded it again and have not ever been able to find a single dock I go to. I realize it’s a user based system, and relies on others to fill it in, how do you justify someone spending $20 to get a premium version of it when there’s nothing here? I would maybe use it if I didn’t have to create a “handle” or log in to use it already have too many of those to keep up with when I can just google the docks and read reviews there. Too many steps and to complicated to use. My advise is you should make it simpler to use, no log in required, and maybe make the “premium” version free to all users for a time period and you would probably get some movement on the app like TruckersPath did.

Best Thing for Truckers Since Google Maps
No more calling customers for directions. No more Dispatchers thinking they are gods. Truckers helping truckers in app form. Very well executed app.
Needs a lot of work
Great idea for truckers. But it has no data in it and till truckers start to input data it is just another app that does nothing.
New update way too complicated
I've been using this app for a while and I loved it but since the latest update is just too complicated to use.

Doesn’t work
Just downloaded the app, attempting to register app says error, did that 3 times, then hit skip, Quent to look up location by using my location, and the app keeps crashing. Good idea just not functioning on my iPhone X using IOS 11.3
*Update so I figured out that it was my handle and all logged in and profile set up. App still crashes when trying to find location based on using the tab “use my location” but still usable and added my 1st dock info for y’all already. Seems to work fine, but still needs work, so looking forward to some updates soon

Great idea needs improvement
The concept of this app is awesome and some of it works good but needs lots of improvements adding a dock is too difficult to get pin placed not user friendly but hopefully they improve it
New and a work in progress
Ever since I found out about this app at GATS 2017 I have enjoyed it. It’s a great tool to have and the more drivers that use it the better it will become. It gives you a good idea of what is at the location you are headed for instead of having to rely on sometimes year old reviews on google.
Failure in execution
Really wanted this app to work. But the language/Communication style used in app is difficult to discern meaning or understanding. Functionality, as well as the User Base is limited; this limits the apps overall effectiveness. More like a Personal Note Taking App for each Dock, except more convoluted & stylized.
Really a cool concept; could be as effective or used as Trucker Path if they improved functionality, style, communication, & overall just overhauled the entire app. Maybe introducing it to a large fleet like Knight/Swift or Schneider to gain access to a Customer Base would be a Bright idea. Not Worth the data to download.

No good
I downloaded. Than I tried to sign up. Got my information and than would not let me login. Would not even try to login. So why would some pay 28 dollars for ad free one if this one don't work.
Registration problem..
Couldn't complete registration of app. Would not allow ANY "handle name" I entered. 🤷🏽♂️

Just what has been needed
Once the database gets bigger this app will be a daily goto for information everything you need to know can be answered by looking at this app once more places are added
