Unreliable

False “narrative” errors. Horrible document upload! Quirky.

Awesome Resource

The app is designed nicely. Very easy to use. It is convenient to access while in court. Easy to use to quickly report hearing results as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

App cuts off numbers and letters

The app is fairly useless to me. It cuts off critical information, making it difficult for me to accurately decide if I can cover a hearing. Partial locations and partial dollar amounts are shown in the app. Also, sometimes I cannot make out the hearing date in the app.The bugs really need worked out so it can work with an iPhone. When I am on my computer, there is a wealth of information—all accurately displayed.

Chris Brown

I have found working with Docketly to be very productive and the app provides a great interface.

Submitting results is a overly cumbersome

to submit hearing results using the app, coverage counsel must scroll through dozens of radio buttons spread out over five screens. The "next hearing" function is a Calendar widget that is more difficult to use than simply entering a date and time. The results functions of the app appear to have been created without input from those who actually use the app in court.
