Great information!
I love having all the information in an easy place. Reservations are simple to complete and extend.
Too easy
We have used Dockwa to plan for weeks in advance, and also the same day while we were out on a sail and decided to drop

Safe Harbor marinas
Love the ease of use and special attention given to us when we book at our favorite marinas, especially the support and friendliness of Mitchell and his crew at Marina Bay!
Useful and efficient
Very efficient and useful to have the boat’s information and our payment data on file.
UI
Great flow to the functions on this app.

Easy to use
App needs improvement
Being disconnected from a map makes it really hard to make choices. Comparisons between locations would be really useful. UI is clumsy and not intuitive.
Easy as Apple Pie
Using the Dockwa app is as easy as eating apple pie !! Smooth and easy going.
Makes having a dock spot stress free when traveling to different marinas or just going out to lunch or dinner

We love Dockwa
We have had a great experience with Dockwa. Our favorite marina on Fire Island started using it about 6 years ago and quite honestly we were against it but it has really been fantastic!! Just knowing that our slip is secured for us gives us great peace of mind. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how great Strongs & Grover (the managers of the dock) are doing!! These guys are wonderful!

Watch Hill Fire Island National Seashore
Simply the best. Great crew, hospitality and service.
Absolutely horrible experience
I hate this app so badly that I’m considering switching my boat to a marina that doesn’t use this app.
Reservations
Nice and Easy!
First stop for reservations
Love the app, easy to use, and most marinas are very responsive. Definitely my first pass at making reservations here on the Maine coast and elsewhere.
So Easy
This app makes the whole process of booking and communicating with the marina so EASY
Garbage on an iPhone
The request button gets stuck under the keyboard. PITA to actually click to make a reservation
Easy to use
This app is very easy to use and very helpful. Thank you!

Always so easy to book through my local marina.
Very helpful and easy to use
Dockwa is helpful, easy to use, and contains just the right amount of information. It is also very easy to message with the Marina.
Great booking service
The app is so easy to use and has so many good marina options. It’s my preferred booking tool.
