Password
I am caught in an ugly circle. I can’t remember my password, and I tried the Magic login which worked, but in order to change my password I need my old one within the app! Help?
Unreasonable Cancellation Policies
When sailing there are always unforeseen delays. The cancellation policies I’ve seen thus far steal your payments even with weather delays.

My I pad work just fine, but Apple will not update the IOS any more. I am stuck at IOS 15.8.8. Why are you excluding people with older machines?

This app totally rocks for boaters!
Too much automation
This app is difficult to use unless you have a Dockmaster that’s going to monitor the app all the time - 24x7!!! We had hosts meet us at the office, but we couldn’t pay them, we had to download the app. There is also no place to enter a mooring Ball number or a slip number….I think we still need humans for this activity!
