Terrible service

Dont take that !

7 Months: Unresponsive

I have made multiple requests repeatedly to please change the email address on file:

Over a year-no response.

Additionally, I request my other requests previously submitted including inability to ‘sync’ archived files via Dropbox or OneDrive (per YOUR direction).

After 7 months and counting-no response.

I have contacted Apple support as that has (historically speaking) been the only time you seem to respond to my pleas for help.

Bad customer service

I have had this app for a while it’s been great until I can’t email from the app anymore, I can’t do anything it’s completely quit working. I have a feeling they made their money left I’ve tried two times to contact customer support and have not received an email back. Have issues changing the account email. Has been great until this I’ll be switching to something else. MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE.

Do not subscribe, ad lies.

I chose the 7 days free and then $80 year option just to try it out and see if I like it, they immediately charged me $80 without the free 7 days. Already feels like a scam.

Worked fine now it doesn’t

Not sure if they have customer support but my invoice screen is now blank. I can’t access my data.

Phone updated, app updated. Uninstalled and reinstalled no use. No help or response from support

App not working

I keep chatting and emailing support about the app not working proper to no answer..I uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times..the app won’t bring the invoice up once created and won’t allow to print out because of that issue..can yall please fix the issue ASAP especially that i’m a paid subscriber..this is a great app to have..thanks in advance

Invoice maker docly

Petus, the scripture for 150 it doesn’t work after one week took the money. I can’t get a hold of customer service. They won’t fix it. I will not recommend this app to no one … now I am late on my invoice and spend more money to find a another app !!

App developed a Bug that they cannot or won’t fix

Was an excellent app for a couple months when everything was working, but now for days , it’s not operational and no one ever gets back to you . Don’t buy the premium year because in a couple months it might not work and you’ll be out of your $$ . no customer support.

Scam

I pay $80 yearly subscription and after a month the app stop working I tried to reach customer support by email and the email that it’s provided it doesn’t exist.

Not good enough .

I have been waiting for 4 days for support no reply I have sent a number of msgs , invoices won’t load or let me send anything .

These guys are thieves. DO NOT use this app

Paid over $60.00 just to have my customers waiting while I try over and over again to send them an invoice.

The chat support doesn’t respond. Save your money and go with an app that actually works.

No response from support chat

My app was working fine, now I can’t see any previews or actual invoices ?!? I’ve messaged support for two days without any success or response.

Why is no one communicating through the support chat box? If this can’t be figured out I’d like my annual payment back. The year just got started if I can’t use it I don’t see why I can’t ?

Worked fine for a year and stopped

The app was working fine for about a year and just a couple of days ago I tried making a new invoice and had trouble so I started opening other already existing invoices and when I open any invoice I cannot see the invoice, you only get a buffering sign and then a blank screen. Also the invoices I have emailed to other people they cannot be opened on their end they get a message saying something went wrong check your Internet connection, this is several different people in different places so I know it’s not an Internet connection problem. Maybe this app has server problems.

Estimate maker no support

App stopped responding, I tried to reset password and still didn't work. Multiple tries to send password reset email didn't work. There are no support, no one to email or call.

Can’t open or print invoices - no response from developer

Invoices can’t open , only in edit mode
Clients can’t open either
They won’t open to print. No response from developer. Do not buy!

I can’t get the Invoices to send somethings wrong with the app fix it please

I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with a customer service rep. But nothing. I requested a refund, because I did not sign up for the subscription & it charged me $80. I just needed to speak with someone, I’ve tried emails & the in app chat service but no response. Shame on them.
