Full of glitches and Bad user experience.
1. No option to give a remark for cart creator while submitting prescription
2. No option to remove some medicine from an already created card.
2. Every time app selects location on its own. It should consider already added address and locations. Why should I adjust location each time.
3. No updates after placing an order, didn’t get an option to make an online payment.

Harrassment & Denial of Legitimate Claims
First, they show that your claims will be reimbursed, after surgery then harasses the customer by delaying the legitimate claims without any adequate response and you can’t question them or ask for clarity with respect to claims as then they cancel the processed claim and play the delay game. Please make a wise choice before trusting them.

Full of glitches and pathetic user experience.
1. Once a consultation starts, the app does not allow to book a followup call within 7 days. At the same time , the request call option is also not available. So, no option to connect with the same doctor until the 7 days are over. Highly frustrating.
2. While ordering, it is selecting incorrect pincode from its own and if one type the correct one, it shows error. The map is also not updated.
3. No updates after placing an order, didn’t get an option to make an online payment.
