I don’t understand why apple allows these programs to be at the maple store if they don’t work. I cannot pass by selecting the photos. Is not user friendly

This app is not user friendly at all. I’ve added photos I wanted to zip and send. Pitiful. Will not allow. Crashes. Bought full version. Still has ads. Bought to remove ads. Still has ads. I WANT A REFUND!!!
