Predatory to Elders

This program is designed to take advantage of our parents. The developers website plainly states that HIPAA protected data is shared with third parties. Shame on whomever responsible.

Response from developer

Thank you for raising this. Protecting health information is one of our highest priorities, and we want to clarify how DocTalk works. We do not sell user data, share health information with advertisers, or use documents/chats for third-party model training. For chats, document analysis, summaries, and title generation, DocTalk removes direct identifiers such as names before analysis wherever possible. The only workflow where PHI could be sent to a third-party provider in raw form is appointment audio transcription, if a user records or uploads audio that itself contains identifying health information. That processing is used solely to generate the transcript and notes. We understand our prior wording could have been clearer, and we’ve updated it to better reflect our practices. Please contact us at doctalk@zymgmtco.com with any privacy concerns.

Helped with parents’ med docs

DocTalk helped me understand a few important metrics from my parents’ most recent doctors visits. Extremely helpful
