Doctify Review App

Doctify's third generation review collection application has been designed with an improved user experience to help patients leave meaningful feedback within a clinical setting. For the first time, we also support mobile phones as well in the case that a practitioner may opt to use the app to deliver 'no contact' reviews by allowing a patient to scan the QR code or entering their phone number to receive a unique review code by text. Returning to the application after further development and testing, is the newest version of Doctify's custom surveys.
