Latest update isn’t good
Previously this worked well. After one of the latest updates, it no longer allows for biometrics (Face ID) and while it has a stored password it won’t let me update the password to the most recent. The rest is ok but not without small issues but in total this drops a 4Star app down to TWO.

Easy to use, intuitive, puts all my data in my pocket.
User friendly, intuitive and informative app
The app is simple to use and provided the information I was seeking in a prompt and intuitive manner. Support is exemplary, too.
Takes more time to use the app then old fashioned log
The idea behind the app is good, but it takes much longer to use the app then an old fashioned log.
I get paid for attending a monthly meeting. Signing in at the meeting takes 5 seconds. Since I only use the app once a month, I have to lookup the password, sign in to the app, and navigate through a few menus to enter the fact that I attended the meeting. Thus, it takes a few minutes to do what used to take 5 seconds.
The app was forced on the physicians by an administration wanting to save money by having the physicians do their data entry.
