One problem

Although it does tell you all the viruses that could happen i do think it’s disappointing how we have to pay for a membership just to delete the viruses. So if you guys could please remove the membership that would be fine

I didn’t even know I subscribed

I didn’t want to subscribe to any apps and especially this one. It popped up out of nowhere and when I was trying to get it off my phone, it was saying a free trial and charged me. It doesn’t seem to work because I tried to stop it but it kept taking me to other plans and I keep refusing it and trying to get it off my phone but I had a hard time getting my phone to cooperate and I decided to take my phone to Apple Store instead. I don’t like how Apple allows any app to download even when you deny it but this app is very annoying and hard to get off, once it is on your device.

I’m kinda confused..

Okay, so when I was in this app, prank phone calls, I clicked on a link and it took me to Safari, and that told me that my device had 42 VIRUSES!! So then it was like, “your photos, history, and contacts will all erase in 2 in a half minutes if you do not install this app, I was confused so i did. The safari started counting down like it was some sort of explosive device. So I downloaded it, spent the money, did all the things, and i don’t know what to do now. Is this a scam?

Handy device tips

While the app is helpful, I found some of the energy-saving tips a bit basic. However, the device maintenance checklist is a nice touch, and I appreciate the effort to keep my iPhone in good shape.
