a total scam i was googling online consultations and this one came up one of the top 3-5 websites so i went and downloaded the app TOOK 1.99 off my bare in mind i have no money at this point in time i have £7.49 TO MY NAME. and these scammers have taken it!!!! im not happy and i will be emailing your team. if i could give this 0 stars i would!

Do not get this app. They will never respond to you. I reached out to numerous of the doctors on here and even the support line and got 0 replies. Awful app. Never download. ZERO STARS
Complete nonsense
AFTER I PAID… I asked a simple question, they said talk to my psychiatrist. After I said I wanted a second opinion she said she’s not qualified to help. I said it mentions they have specialist so let me talk to one and she said seek your local medical authority. So this is non sense

Terrible Support from Doctor2U
My sister purchased a voucher on behalf of me for the airport arrival testing. When I arrived the airport, there was no staff helping with testing and I was informed to go to departure platform for testing, which was impossible for me before I have testing done and go through the custom. I contacted the support right away through the app and requested for refund since it was BP Labs failed to provide service. However, all I received is ignorance. After going through many different channels, hotlines, BP labs store, app live chat support, WhatsApp support, all I received were no answer, no reply, no response.
After one month passes, I still didn’t receive any reply and refund.
I was excited with the app, but greatly disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided.

Pathetic App
Was told there would be a reply in minutes but no reply in over half an hour. When a reply was eventually sent it was imbecilic. A 5 yr old could have sent a more meaningful reply.
