Good experience
I recently used the Doctor 911 app to avail my annual health checkup, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The appointment booking process was smooth and convenient, and the health checkup itself went seamlessly. However, I did face some issues with the payment gateway, as it was noticeably slow. I would recommend the team work on optimizing it for a faster and more efficient experience.

I love the MediLocker feature in the Doctor911 app! It's so convenient to securely save all my medical reports and access them anytime for consultations or managing my health. I did experience a slight delay in uploading one of my reports, but it worked perfectly after retrying. Overall, it's a fantastic app for managing health records seamlessly!

Excellent service
I used Doctor911’s SOS service during a medical emergency when I needed urgent advice for my family member at midnight who had an unexpected health issue. The platform allowed me to get a quick consultation with a healthcare professional. From arranging ambulance till hospital all services were seamless. In addition to the emergency consultation, I also uploaded my parents’ prescriptions and completed a check-up for them via the app. The process was seamless, and I was able to receive detailed reports directly through the app’s Medilocker feature, which made it very convenient to track all their health information in one place Overall, I’m very impressed with the speed, ease of use, and quality of service provided by Doctor911. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of urgent medical advice or ongoing health monitoring.
