Scammer app. Paid RM100 for medicine and consultation. The medicine I buy is Propecia Finasteride 1mg. It say 7 strip but they deliver only 1 strip. The app not provide any refund solution and very hard to reach their customer support line. Please avoid using this platform.
Terrible
I purchased a gout medicine from Doctor on Call. It had been 11 days since I booked and out of supply for almost 2 weeks and yet, I got no updates. Reaching out to support is also not easy. I was then informed that it's out of stock and it would take 1 week more to expedite delivery. So inconvenient. They could have been proactive informing their customers through email. Highly not recommended. I should have just went to a local pharmacy and ordered my medicine there. Very disappointing.

Not getting my order and no response from customer service
As mentioned in the title, its so frustrating when they mentioned they have fast delivery, in fact I get no response, no tracking number ever since i placed the order 1 week ago.
