Waste of Time

I was charged 9.99 to translate a document from English to Spanish (Apostille Birth Certificate). The rendered document was completely useless and terribly translated. Will not use EVER again. Complete waste of money

This is a scam!

They charged me a one time fee of $9.99 for initial setup. They charged me another $1.99 to translate a document. When I uploaded the document to be translated an error message popped up. There is no email or phone number to reach this scam artist‼️🤬

Don’t recommend

I paid once for this service and now they are charging me every month. I did not take any subscriptions . I deleted my account but they still charged me. No email, no phone. I don’t know how to contact this scammer and take my money back.

Charged me then when came time to translate it said document not supported. If document is not supported it should state so before payment.

Way Over Priced

It’s a great concept however $10 to translate a 2 page document form Spanish to English is way over priced. Especially when there are FREE apps that can do it via the camera. I wouldn’t mind paying a few dollars but like I said earlier $10 is way over priced.
