Bad Quality - NO REFUND!
I was excited to find this app streaming documentaries. So disappointing to start watching one of the documentaries and it is super poor quality and the playback stops about every 10 seconds. Tried to get a refund as I had gotten a full year thinking it was a good deal. NOT a deal at all…more like an ordeal.

Extremely Frustrating App
I must say what a pity that great documentaries are managed with so much carelessness.
The videos stop streaming suddenly whilst voice carries on. You can never restart from where you left. The downloads do not work offline. They start to disappear from “download” section, once your try to play them.
After paying upfront annual subscription, I guess “service commitment” could be a subject of a new documentary and perhaps opportunity for new DocuBay.

In the full screen mode, the status bar and swipe gesture at the bottom are always visible which might cause an issue with oled ipads as they might cause burn in with prolonged use.

Developers have done a great job at building this application. However, The company seems to not cherish this moment and pay the developers accordingly. Is it right developers?
