About

Document Risk Analyzer reads your contracts, leases, and agreements the way a careful reviewer would, and flags what to watch out for in seconds. Upload a PDF or DOCX, paste text, or photograph a printed document. Your document is sent securely to our server, which scans it and replaces personal identifiers (emails, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, addresses, and names where detected) with placeholders. You then see a preview of exactly what will be sent for analysis, and nothing goes to the AI service until you approve it. AVAILABLE IN SIX LANGUAGES Use the app in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese or Simplified Chinese, and analyze documents written in any of them. You choose your language the first time you open the app and can change it any time from the home screen. The explanation comes back in your language, even if your document is in another one. WHAT YOU GET • An overall risk rating (High / Medium / Low) with a plain-English summary • Specific clauses flagged as risky, with an explanation of why • A list of standard protections your document doesn't mention, not necessarily unfair, just worth noticing • Support for employment contracts, NDAs, leases, service agreements, loans, and terms of service, with auto-detection or manual selection BUILT FOR LONG DOCUMENTS TOO Long documents are split into sections and analyzed in sequence, with live progress and a cancel button at any time. YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE • Redaction is automatic but not perfect, so check the preview before you continue. • To write the analysis, only the redacted text is sent to Groq, a third-party AI service. The app asks your permission first, and you can turn it off any time with Manage on the home screen. • Your original file or photo is never sent to the AI service, and we don't keep your documents on our servers. • No account or sign-up. Your analysis history stays on your device. KEEP A HISTORY Past analyses are saved on your device so you can revisit them anytime, and you can delete them whenever you like. Document Risk Analyzer is free to use, supported by a single non-intrusive ad shown while your report is generated. Note: This app provides general information to help you spot potential issues in a document. It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Consult a licensed attorney before relying on it.

What's New in Document Risk Analyzer

1.1.0

October 31, 2026

New in 1.1.0 • Now available in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Simplified Chinese. Choose your language the first time you open the app, and change it any time from the home screen. • Analyze documents written in any of these languages. Photos of printed pages are read in the language you select. • Your analysis now comes back in your language. • Better detection of personal details in documents in these languages, including names, addresses, phone numbers and ID numbers. Automatic redaction isn't perfect, so you still preview exactly what is sent. • Clearer guidance for photos: the app now tells you when a photo may be hard to read, so you can retake it. • The first screen now says up front that names, numbers and addresses are removed before anything goes to the AI, and that you review exactly what was removed first. • New redaction preview: it opens at the first redaction, shows each removed item as a dark badge, lets you jump between them, and lets you read the full text that will be sent. Repeated names are numbered ([NAME 1], [NAME 2]) so the analysis can tell the parties apart. • Every report now says what the analysis did not check, such as local law. For long documents, a protection is only listed as missing if every section agrees. • If the AI service is busy, the app says so clearly, and long documents wait and retry instead of stopping. • Privacy Policy and Terms of Use open in your language.
