Regarding subscription

I made a subscription however I didn’t work and it keeps asking me subscribe now even after making payment there’s no customer support aswell

Purchase the product but not able to scan

It is not working, Camera Scanner is printing below the paper. I don’t need that to be highlighted on the paper.
