Works great - one thing though

Really good scanner app. I just wish there was an option to change the filter for all pages of a multi-page scan. Right now I have to change it for every single page.

Best scanner app

It’s very easy to use and generate high quality scans which can be shared in PDF or JPEG formats!

Ok I guess

Often automatic recognition doesn’t work and you have to manually adjust the edges, which takes a lot of time.
Not all documents are saved automatically, which is annoying if you happen to look for something later and discover it hasn’t been saved.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear about your experience, please upgrade to the latest version of Scan Studio (6.4.0) which fixes these issues. Automatic document detection is now faster and improved. When pressing the close button there is now a prompt confirming if you want to close, preventing documents from being lost - I hope this helps to resolve the issues you mentioned, I would like to know your feedback so please contact me at support@scanstudio.app at the first available opportunity.

Good. Just one tweak.

It’s a good app. I got it in an offer. One small issue, when you manually crop you can’t see where you’re cropping because your thumbs cover the ‘handles’. Developer advised to upgrade to Scan Studio 6, however I’m unable to find that in the App Store.

Mostly just a Toy

This is fine for scanning single pages but as soon as you want to scan a multi-page document this app is extremely slow and frequently exits so that you need to start again. It has the look and feel of a scanning app but it is really just a toy.

Nach Update Probleme, sonst TOP!

Eigentlich meine Lieblingsscan-App, seit dem letzten Update leider häufiger Probleme mit Absturz beim speichern, auch die Handhabung nicht mehr ganz so schön und einfach wie vorher, wenn das gefixt wird gibt es wieder 5 Sterne !

Gut, wenn es funktioniert…..

Seit ca. 1 Woche, sobald ich was scanne und per email sharen möchte, kommt ein freeze Bildschirm, ne email kommt an aber jedoch ohne Inhalt/Scan.
Es hilft dann nur ein Neustart der App aber das Problem bleibt weiterhin bestehen. Schade.

Scan Studio 5.3.0 wurde gerade im App Store veröffentlicht und behebt dieses Problem. Bitte aktualisieren Sie auf die neueste Version und versuchen Sie erneut, Ihr Dokument zu teilen. Bitte erwägen Sie, Ihre Bewertung zu ändern, wenn dies hilft, das Problem für Sie zu beheben.

Total Time Saver!

SECOND UPDATE: The developer gets 5 stars for response time. They indicated I needed to upgrade the app. True. I did. I like the fact there are new filters. The default should be colour like a true copy—not black and white. The rotation problem is not fixed. No matter how I hold my iPad, the page turns sideways and I can’t see the edges because of the app information on the page. Back to 4-star. Still not 5. :(

UPDATE: MARCH 2022. Not sure what they did with this app. When I open it up, the documents are all rotated and it takes a bad photo, not a true scan. It looks like a 15th generation photocopy from the 80s. Will not use again unless they fix it. If an update was done recently, it was a bad move. OLD REVIEW: I have an iPad so I love the ability to create accurate, quick PDF files anytime, anywhere. The app auto-selects the document and instantly creates a PDF. Within 15 seconds I have it moved to my personal folders on my iPad. Love this app!!
