I download it, watch 3 ads for over 2 minutes, then the documentary just freezes black. I start 2 more times and same thing happens. Just watched 6 minutes of ads for no reason. Deleted.
Needs Bugfixes
Cool documentaries and willing to watch 5mins ads for, but buggy as heck. Just restarted the same documentary 5 times, watching 10+mins of advertising to try to get the X in the top left corner and one in the middle of the screen to disappear, and then when finally it went away the video enexplicably stopped again after I adjusted the brightness on my phone. Now having to repeat the process of restarting the same documentary and trying to get rid of the X to no avail, so came here to write a review so that this is fixed.

I can’t get any audio at all.
This is a soft 4 star rating, because I believe it has potential.
Pros: I have throughly enjoyed this app and the shows it has to offer. I don’t even mind the fact that there are mandatory commercials, especially because this is a completely free app. Thank you.
Cons: I do not like that it is the same 3 commercials over and over again, anytime you do anything. Please add a variety of commercials, I will gladly watch them! Additionally, there are no preview trailers available, and you cannot resume a show if you exit.
I would watch a show from the beginning every time… If I didn’t have to watch the same 3 commercials again! 🤣🤣🤣

Garbage
Cannot get this pos app to work. All it does is spit out a stupid 403 error or could not config. If this garbage app isn’t able to work on phones in Canada, maybe it should be pulled from the Canadian app store!!!

Update: iPhone app is not working as well as the tv app… tried to write an email to the support address given in the app. But the email bounced back because the address couldn’t be found.
I think they went out of business!

Great variety of documentaries
Impressive amount of great quality, interesting and informative, free documentaries to watch. My only problem is there doesn’t seem to be any way to save films to a watchlist for viewing later. Very good app nonetheless.

NO SOUND! They want you to buy player subscription. Misleading.
No sound. You must buy subscription to the player in order to get sound on the documentaries. It is misleading that there’s no subscription, when actually there is. It’s a farce! I would not, I repeat, word not recommend this app to anyone, and I will be sure to spread the “great news“ all over social media

This app is garbage, all of the videos on this trash app are available for *FREE* on literally EVERY streaming site, including YouTube. This app literally stole the free videos from YouTube and hot-linked them for their app interface (they’re *STEALING* YouTube’s and other streaming sites bandwidth and content) Then they have the audacity to bombard you with ads every 3 minutes!
I strongly advise everyone to delete this app after leaving their honest 1 star review and I hope Apple along with Google/YouTube & other effected providers take legal action against these thieving developers. Apple please blacklist these thieving Chinese con-artists!

Great Content but So Dysfunctional
I wish this app wasn’t such a struggle to make work, because the content is so great. Videos go black nearly every time. Constant restarting to try to make them not black, constant reversion to black. Frustrating.

I’m a big fan of it. Who can say no to free documentaries? Also, they’re actually good documentaries. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the lack of Chromecast or Airplay support. With that support it would be perfect.

It helps that the clean, minimalist interface is easy to navigate. There aren’t any bells or whistles, but I don’t miss them. Who needs a watchlist when you want to watch half the library?
