I can't open the app! What was the point in stealing my money for nothing!
Horrible app support!
I bought this so I didn't have to take my laptop when needing to work on word documents. I haven't been able to open this app since the update to iOS9.2 - I actually paid for this and can't use it, which is bad enough. I have tried to go to the support page and it's gone. I would really like the money I paid for this useless app back. I don't for things that I won't be able to use after the first few times I use it :/

I have really enjoyed this app. However, since I upgraded to iOS 9 I haven't been able to open it. I use it daily because I have my monthly budget and other important documents on it.
Update Deleted Files
The latest update deleted all my documents as well. I do not want to reset and restore my settings on my IPAD to a date previous to me downloading the update. I hope the creators of the app will correct issue IMMEDIATELY..

Very inefficient application
This is by far the worst application I've got. First, it deletes documents: I have lost four documents so far. It changes the format of documents in the icons, so while you click in a power point documents it happens to be a word document. It can't do any spell check, and sets to write a capital letter every time you move your cursor to a different part of the document. Finally, when I open the document in my computer, it has this annoying formatting that leads words to split, and not even in syllables. If I write "this app has to many deficiencies", once I open it in a computer it will probably read "this app has to man" at the beginning of a the next line it will say "y deficiencies". It looks neat at first, but it has way too many defects to be useful.

Some serious flaws
I can't find a way to delete my old files and none of the people who rated this 5 stars to be odd? App support and developer website takes me to Facebook, huh? Also, add a Dropbox synch please. I need a refund. Doesn't work at 100% of its capabilities. A lot of reviews here are pretty fishy.
No instructions
No instructions. Apparently can't delete a document once you import it. When you select app support, it goes to a non-existent Facebook page. Going to try to get my $ back.
No good
Says suppose to support open office and the open document format...sadly it does not. If you want to edit open office or libre office documents this is not the app for you. If you want to edit doc files, then the WPS seems to do a better job maintaining the format. No support either.

Ago, when I got out, I was unable to view the document. with this app now, when I am on a business trip I also can handle official bussiness anytime and anywhere, very convenient.

Amazing
This app is most expensive app I brought, but it is very useful office software. Can be operated on iPad is very convenient word file, basic as well as the word on the computer, all the functions are all made by. Really powerful work tool. I love it very much.

Unprotecting a sheet is not supported
I spent 10 bucks and I cannot do my work, because unprotecting a worksheet is not supported, that's bogus.
Unexisting support!!
Application is fairly simple to use if you have knowledge of Office Docs. But the application lacks support from developer and neither have a tutorial to guide you through. It can become frustraiting to develop something or delete a file if you need to do it. I will no recommend this application.
