Intrusive adverts
I’ve been using this app for many years. Prior to the recent change, I would rate it 5 stars. I’ve noticed that recently whenever I log in to it. Or return to it, a full page ad hides the entire page. That would be no problem, if the Go to App arrow worked consistently. On some occasions it’s taken more than 25 presses of the arrow. Not acceptable. It needs to be fixed. 2 stars

No undo
I like using the spreadsheet but there is no undo button if you accidentally delete something

Wanted to do docs just to e-mail .
Successful with one .
White background with black print .
Now they are all in a Black background and white print !
What’s the fix ?
I see the history update 5 months ago was to fix this .

The software update is wreaking hell with my files - without an explanation. Every time I open a file in my Apple viewer, it displays white on black instead of the usual black on white and when I close the file it creates a copy. I don't know how to fix it.

It was ok, but now it’s not!
I quite liked the app, even though it is quite restricted in what it can do. The latest upgrade, which now has black spreadsheets (yes, black spreadsheets!) has ruined my experience of using the app. I cannot find a way of converting back to normal white spreadsheets and I’m not sure how much longer I can bare to look this awful update.

アップデートしたら、今まで背景色が白色で、文字が黒色の状態が、逆の背景が黒で、文字が白色になってしまいました。使い難いので、どちらかを選択できるようにしてほしい。
App lacks the basics
Thoroughly unimpressed. First there is no help information. Their on-line help link is broken. I can find no way to access local files created with the earlier free version. Finally the big issue is there is no “search text” function, a basic need for any document app.

Please have just purchased but can’t send emails help
The Help doesn’t work, so hard to learn
Clicking on the Help produces “404 file not found” and there is no Support help to be found. It takes ages to learn how to use this by trial and error. No matter how clever it might be in the long run, my first impression is not favourable.
