I would like to add the response to the bad reviews and (my own) are automated and full of information that does not apply if you only have a singular doctor in Georgia.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. ZocDoc is used only for scheduling in-person appointments. With DocVilla, patients can schedule both video and in-person consults. DocVilla is also connected with health exchanges so doctors can pull patient's allergies, labcorp results, procedures etc. It is also connected with smart devices and wearables which enables patients to share their EKG, BP and temperature with the doctor. Using the platform, Doctors can also send e-prescriptions to the pharmacy which the patient selected and can also file for insurance claims. There is no other platform providing all these services.
