I download this app you either have to wait an hour or pay five dollars either way after I paid the money the app kept crashing saying there was a problem with the connection I have both cellular and Wi-Fi connection and tried both connections together and separately. I would like a refund please.
Hard pass
Wait an hour and a half to convert something I need now, or pay a $5 ransom? Nah. Iโll just get up and move to my PC for free.
Printing
This app is great. Some emails come as docx files, and I have trouble with
printing them. I tried the DOC to DOC today, and it worked. Thank you.

Thank goodness I did not need it right away! As they described it took about 5 hours to download but everything looked fine! Smashwords needs this change of format before they can publish.

They charge $4.99 to upgrade making you think it's required for your "conversion" but then report conversion failed.

It simply does not convert files on iPhone.
