Great service but worst app
App freezes like iguanas when try to upload business receipts! I wish I could give 0 stars.
Unprecedented
This app was able to save my business from falling apart. Words can't describe how grateful I am. As an owner of several businesses, I am able to finally be at peace knowing I am organized and a burden is lifted off of my shoulders.
One star is way too many!
Couldn’t sign in after multiple attempts. Tried changing password numerous times. BTW, I never right reviews, but this app is absolutely junk, and a waste of time.
Lost all of my doc
After update app, lost all of my doc.
Not Free
It says free. It’s not. Minimum payment is nearly $100 per month. My business is too tiny, new, and still running in the red. A 30-day free trial isn’t enough. Most small business take a few years before they begin to see a profit. The last thing I need is additional expenses.
Doesn’t function
This app doesn’t work. As soon as I try to complete a step it tries to walk me through it gives me the message that something went wrong on their end and I need to restart the app. I was excited to use this app and it seems like this app has a good potential to be useful but with it not functioning it is a pain to use and not worth keeping.

Great way to keep track of important information
Docyt allows you to save all of your personal information and important documents in a secure place. You are also allowed to create separate vaults. I created one for me and one for my husband. Docyt reminds you when any docs or cards are going to expire. Very handy!
Frustrating
This service is pretty expensive relatively speaking, plus the way they have it set up, it isn’t of much use unless you also have a QuickBooks account.
The UI is awkward and there’s no way, that I’ve found, to edit personal information once you enter it. I was able to enter my banking details, but since I was using the free option I couldn’t edit or delete unless I paid. This is pretty sketchy if you ask me.
I reached out to customer service, but had to remind them that was still waiting. As of the time of this review I’m still waiting to be reassured that my account has been deleted and my personal information erased.
Unless you’re willing to pay their premium fees and use QuickBooks you’re better off skipping this app and service.

The most legible app, ever.
If Apple created an app, this would be it. Incredible to say the least, especially for the OCD.

This last update have complcated the update/upload the photo( credit card) into de app.

As an owner of multiple businesses, it has been impossible to find software that can keep track of everything I do in one space. This is the answer to all of my problems. I’m so thankful to have found this. Looking forward to continuing to use this.

Not quite sure...
So far it seems to not only want to charge me to use the app because I ran out of free scans after 5 minutes of scanning. Then it wants me to link QuickBooks online which is another subscription. I’ll keep trying for free. I’m only reviewing it for 25 more pages....
Must for a business owner
Really like how this app is enhancing my experience with every update. You guys are on to make a perfect automation for my back office!
